Tổng quan

Develop new product test verification ORT plan, and confirm test fixtures/equipment
Plan quality control plans, inspection standards
Analyze customer complaint, quality issues on production floor, includes NPI sample and mass production
Assess the quality risks of NPI products, complete PPAP, give control quality methods
Manage Quality team, lead continuous improvement of products
Control raw material and local supplier, work with SQE and supplier to solve the related raw material issue
Other tasks as assigned by manager
Bachelor's degree, majoring in Electronics, Quality Management, or related fields.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in electronics manufacturing, with the ability to analyze production line failure modes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Good English / Chinese communication skills.
