- The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates for IT Department (MES, Infrastructure, ERP, Network, CyberSecurity...) and other deparment in a timely and cost-effective manner. - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce plans
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct search
- Conduct CV screening, phone interviews, and competency-based interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Promote employer brand through professional communication and recruitment activities
- Ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Reporting & Recruitment Administration
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring effectiveness
- Prepare recruitment reports for HR management when required
- Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations
- Continuously improving recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
