Tổng quan

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives. Identify technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT team. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the organization's hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Ensure the security and reliability of IT systems and data.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Monitor and control IT-related expenses.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party technology vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning and execution.
  • Develop and implement IT training programs for staff.
  • Compliance and Security:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and data security requirements.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures.
  • Develop roadmap for the enterprise network with a five-year time horizon; provide a high-level roadmap to achieve the vision.
  • Oversee the design and build of network solutions. Evaluate network technologies and develop requirements for Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Routers, Firewalls, and related security & network devices.
  • Compliance - ensures that the organization is in compliance with both corporate & industry requirements, cybersecurity (e.g., NIST, CMMC, etc.)
  • Promote a cyber security focused culture within the organization.
  • Realize innovate ways to incorporate new technologies into the enterprise to produce enhanced value to existing business practices.
