Tổng quan

  • Primary Accountabilities
  • Lead/support all internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with Hall SOX/ICFR/FCPA requirements and other
  • compliance initiatives under U.S. and local GAAP.
  • Lead trade compliance and ensure strict adherence to all Vietnamese import and export rules, regulations, and laws, while establishing a direct communication interface between the factory and Customs authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with all foreign exchange rules, regulations, and laws.
  • Lead the Finance team to ensure a timely and accurate financial period-end close
  • Prepare periodic financial statements, including budgets, forecasts, and
  • annual plans, in accordance with U.S. GAAP and local statutory accounting requirements.
  • Serve as the technical accounting lead resource for Vietnam to other Amphenol entities.
  • Ensure adequate documentation of functional currency for entities within the position’s responsibility and the proper accounting treatment of transactions, remeasurement, and translation.
  • Perform regular and ad hoc treasury functions to maximize company cash
  • flow. This includes leading:
  • o AR/collections functions
  • o AP functions
  • o Cash forecasting and management functions
  • Drive improvements in DSO, DPO, and DSI metrics.
  • Lead/support the development and execution of international taxation and
  • transfer pricing strategies. This includes recurring tax-package reporting to Corporate and completing local tax returns and transfer-pricing audit reports.
  • Oversee all factory administrative functions, including facilities management, transportation, dormitory management, cleaning services, and general office administration, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure service quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and provide full support for the CMT-VN local Finance function, including
  • tax (regularly VAT and EIT & all other tax related), banking, treasury, payments
  • inventory management and other regular and ad hoc financial support to operations.
