We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lawyer to provide expert legal services and advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, research, and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex legal matters across various fields. Provide legal and regulatory advice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, market entry, foreign investment, conditional business lines, corporate compliance and other corporate-related legal matters and legal due diligence, with a focus on risk management and commercially sound, practical solutions.
Draft and review domestic and cross-border commercial agreements, transaction documents and other legal instruments.
Lead and coordinate licensing applications and approval processes with relevant government authorities and external consultants.
Manage assigned projects and workstreams, coordinate with relevant team members, monitor progress, identify potential legal and operational issues, and propose practical solutions to keep projects on track.
Work closely with senior team members on project reporting, client management and team coordination; provide guidance and support to junior team members to maintain work quality and delivery standards.
