- Prepare cost estimates including unit rate build-up.
- Obtain quotations from Subcontractors/Suppliers and prepare cost comparisons.
- Maintain and update the cost database regularly.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on tender drawings and specifications.
- Raise queries to Consultants/Clients to clarify Tender Documents and collect missing information.
- Compile Tender Reports and provide recommendations for Contract awards.
- Prepare Letter of Acceptance and Contract Documents.
- Conduct site valuations and measurements.
- Attend Client, Consultant, and Site meetings.
- Prepare Interim Payments, Variation Orders, and Final Accounts.
