Receive and process air export bookings from customers, the Sales team, and overseas agents.
Coordinate with the Pricing team to secure bookings with airlines and co-loaders, send booking conﬁrmations to customers, and update ﬂight schedules to overseas agents.
Prepare draft HAWBs and manifests for the airport operations team and customers for checking and conﬁrmation.
Send pre-alerts and shipping documents to destination agents within the required timeframe.
Perform FWB/FHL data transmission through airline systems, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Monitor ﬂight schedules and shipment status, providing timely updates to customers, overseas agents, and relevant internal departments.
Coordinate the veriﬁcation of freight charges, surcharges, and other shipment- related costs; prepare and issue debit notes to customers and relevant departments.
Attend meetings with customers and airlines when required.
Monitor market freight rates and industry trends to support pricing and operational activities.
Manage, assign tasks to, train, and supervise junior team members to ensure work quality and e iciency.
Proactively handle operational issues and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth shipment execution.
