  • Business Development & B2B Sales
  • Proactively identify, approach, and develop new corporate clients to expand ADEN's business portfolio.
  • Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline through market research, networking, referrals, and direct client engagement.
  • Identify business opportunities for ADEN's services, including Catering, Cleaning, Security, Maintenance, and Integrated Facility Management (IFM).
  • Understand clients' operational needs and propose suitable service solutions that deliver business value.
  • Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and business solutions to potential clients.
  • Manage the sales process from initial prospecting and client meetings to negotiation and contract closing.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted business partner by understanding client challenges and identifying suitable service solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for contract expansion, cross-selling, and additional services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, HR, and Supply Chain, to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements and can be delivered effectively.
  • Market Research & Business Opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Explore new business segments and target industries, including manufacturing, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and other corporate sectors.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to support business growth strategies.
