Recruitment:
Handle full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment plans.
Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
HR Operations & Administration:
Prepare and manage Labor Contracts, contract renewals, appendices, and other HR-related documents.
Maintain, update, and organize employee records and HR database.
Conduct onboarding procedures for new employees, including orientation and document collection.
Follow up attendance records, leave management, and employee information updates.
Handle Social Insurance (SI) procedures, including employee registration, increase/decrease declarations, and related administrative tasks.
Ensure proper filing and compliance with company policies and Vietnamese Labor Law.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit HR reports, Union reports and statutory declarations to government authorities.
Prepare and maintain internal HR reports as required by management.
Monitor, consolidate, and summarize reports from the Warehouse (WH) team for submission to the General Manager.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with company requirements and procedures.
Support employee engagement and internal HR activities when required.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
