  • Team Setup & Management
  • Manage a production team, including videographers, editors, hosts.
  • Define team roles and responsibilities to ensure seamless execution of livestreams.
  • Create a collaborative and efficient working environment for the team.
  • Livestream Production
  • Plan, set up, and oversee the technical aspects of livestreams, including lighting, sound, camera angles, and streaming software.
  • Work closely with hosts and content creators to deliver engaging and high-quality livestream content.
  • Monitor livestream performance and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
  • Content Planning & Strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales team and e-commerce teams to develop livestream strategies aligned with brand goals and sales targets.
  • Develop scripts, storyboards, and run-of-show plans for livestream events.
  • Brainstorm creative concepts to make livestreams entertaining and informative.
  • Platform Optimization
  • Conduct research to understand audience behavior on e-commerce and social media platforms.
  • Ensure livestreams are optimized for each platform (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Analyze and report on the performance metrics of each livestream session to identify improvement areas.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product to align messaging and promotions during livestreams.
  • Work with external vendors or partners when required for advanced production needs.
  • Budget Management
  • Manage the budget for livestream production, including equipment, staffing, and other resources.
  • Optimize production costs while maintaining high-quality output.
