Responsible for managing and directing all activities of the Customer Service department, ensuring smooth order processing, import-export, and delivery operations. Collaborating closely with teamate and other departments to optimize operational processes and financial/revenue reporting.
Order & Delivery Management
Receive purchase orders, closely monitor inbound shipment schedules, and proactively plan warehouse arrangements.
Plan, organize, and coordinate delivery schedules for customers, ensuring compliance with committed timelines.
Verify information and issue invoices to customers.
Directly receive and resolve customer requests, inquiries, or arising issues during the delivery process.
Team Management & Internal Operations
Assign tasks, manage, and supervise the CS team to ensure timely completion of monthly routine operations.
Control and take responsibility for internal tasks: reconciling accounts payable with suppliers, performing month-end closing procedures, and preparing complete and accurate bank payment documentation.
Data Management & Reporting
Continuously monitor order statuses, update inventory levels, and generate reports tracking the flow of goods.
Coordinate closely with the Sales and Finance departments to provide data, cross-check figures, and execute reports related to business activities and periodic revenue.
Consolidate, analyze data, and complete regular departmental performance reports (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly) for submission to the Board of Directors.
