Tổng quan
- E-commerce Operations
- Support daily e-commerce operations and ensure smooth business activities across platforms.
- Monitor operational status, identify issues, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Reporting & Data Analysis
- Collect, organize, and update operational data and reports.
- Analyze data to track performance, identify trends, and support business decisions.
- Marketing Operations Support
- Assist with marketing campaign coordination and execution.
- Support marketing data tracking, content updates, and other operational tasks.
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office management.
- Coordinate office supplies, documents, and other internal requests.
- Process & Project Support
- Support ongoing projects and cross-functional coordination.
- Assist in improving workflows and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Two Saturdays per month on a rotating basis: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Experience in e-commerce or operations is a plus.
- Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- No English requirement.
