Tổng quan
- Communicate with customers via Etsy, Shopify chatbox, email, and phone to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Coordinate and follow up with logistics partners and fulfillment centers in the US to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Manage and update daily inventory data from the US warehouse.
- Track and maintain container schedules, including estimated arrival dates and status updates.
- Support internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) by providing customer feedback and insights.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.
- Work from home available.
- Work schedule:
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM — Main shift
- 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM — Main shift
- 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM — Main shift
- 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM — Support shift
- Working time: 8 hours/shift, 6 days/week, rotate shifts every 2 weeks.
- Training offline (about 1 month) : 88 Nguyễn Gia Trí, Thạnh Mỹ Tây, Bình Thạnh, TP.HCM
