Supervise daily marketing activities, promotions and events. Coordinate teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery, consistent brand presentation and a high standard of guest experience.
II. WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Coordinate and supervise approved marketing plans, promotions and events across online and offline channels.
Organize daily tasks, assign responsibilities to designated team members and monitor deadlines.
Prepare campaign briefs, draft promotional content, and coordinate visual production for approved marketing activities.
Review promotional materials, social media content and on-site displays for accuracy and quality before submitting them for approval.
Monitor brand presentation across guest touchpoints and coordinate corrections to maintain a consistent, premium experience.
Coordinate event setup, materials, supplier arrangements and communication with operational teams.
Brief relevant teams on promotion mechanics, event arrangements and approved communications.
Collect guest feedback, monitor competitors and propose practical improvements to promotions and guest experiences.
Track campaign and event results, maintain expense records and report findings and recommended actions.
Guide team members and escalate delays, quality concerns or matters requiring management decisions.
Follow approval procedures, company policies and applicable requirements; perform other reasonable duties assigned by the direct manager.
