Getting booking from Carrier / Coloader
Receiving and solving all requests from Customer, oversea agent & related sections
Issuing Draft HB/L through system
Submitting SI + VGM to Carrier, Submitting AFR/AMS/ACI-ISF
Sending D/I to Overseas Agent
Issuing debit notes / Invoice to Customer or related party
Collect Customer payment
Tracing / updating sailing schedule of shipment to related party
Follow up on the ISO and SOP in daily jobs
Oversee and support the operations of the export documentation team
Work with MGR to set day-to-day operational objectives and KPIs for the team.
Bachelor of International Business/ Foreign Trade/ Logistics/ Transportation/ Import & Export or or related fields.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Sea Freight Documentation / Procurement / Operations.
Deep knowledge of import-export procedures, shipping lines, and maritime regulations.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, cross-department collaboration, and negotiation skills.
Agile and Responsible person.
Be ready to handle the specific shipping schedules of the maritime logistics industry.
Communication in English (written and oral)
Ability to work under pressure, high responsibility.
Working place: Hồ Chí Minh (Etown Building - 364 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh Ward)
