Tổng quan
- Analyze sales, volume, and margin performance by SKU, channel, region, and customer.
- Monitor distribution, assortment, product availability, sales velocity, and priority SKU penetration.
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, promotions, new product launches, and key market activities.
- Develop proposals and business cases for product launches/relaunches, promotions, seasonal programs, and distribution expansion.
- Track new product launch milestones, stock readiness, forecasts, and execution progress.
- Coordinate with Trade Operation, Activation & Visibility, and O2O teams to ensure effective program execution in line with category requirements.
- Monitor program budgets and performance, and support post-program evaluation.
- Review plan-versus-actual performance, identify gaps, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory, availability, and sales velocity of priority SKUs.
- Analyze incremental sales, budget efficiency, and category profitability to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with Risk Management and relevant functions on review, control, and post-check activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to follow up on identified issues and ensure timely closure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within FMCG.
- Strong capability in sales/trade data analysis, with advanced Excel and/or Power BI skills.
- Experience in Trade Marketing programs, product launches/relaunches, and distribution tracking.
- Strong market and competitor analysis skills.
- Good understanding of commercial and category performance.
- Strong project coordination and cross-functional communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.

- Working Arrangement: Monday – Friday: On-site | Saturday: Work from Home
