Tổng quan
- Manage marketing requests from Hosts and locations
- Coordinate printing and marketing collateral production
- Ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and on time
- Work closely with Operations, Product, Design, and Leadership teams
- Gather information required for marketing communication
- Develop a strong understanding of business priorities and workflows
- Monitor exposure generated by each collaboration
- Track reach, engagement, and content performance
- Generate monthly campaign summaries and recommendations
- Currently a student or recent graduate in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable managing multiple channels and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, startup environment
- Based in or willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City
- Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days/week on-site in Ho Chi Minh City
- Potential conversion to a full-time role based on performance
Yêu cầu
- Prior experience managing brand social media accounts
- Familiarity with KOL/influencer marketing or outreach
- Basic design tool proficiency (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
