Tổng quan

  • Take ownership of IT setup projects for newly opening hotels, managing projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Act as the key point of contact coordinating among Hotel Management Companies, Business, IT teams, hotel operators, Vendors, and external partners.
  • Work closely with hotel management partners and major international hotel brands to align system requirements, standards, project scope, and implementation plans.
  • Define project scope, requirements, and implementation plans; develop project timelines and monitor key milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources, including PO/BA, Developers, QC, Infrastructure, Information Security, and Vendors, to ensure timely project execution.
  • Oversee system analysis, development/configuration, integration, testing, and acceptance processes.
  • Proactively manage project progress, budget, costs, scope, resources, risks, issues, and change requests; promptly address or escalate any matters affecting project delivery.
  • Coordinate with Business teams and external partners on UAT, training, data preparation, and Go-live readiness.
  • Manage Go-live activities, monitor initial operations, and ensure a smooth handover to the relevant business and operational teams.
  • Monitor Vendor performance and delivery quality, ensuring that all deliverables and acceptance documentation meet project requirements.
  • Consolidate and report project status, highlighting key issues and recommending appropriate solutions for decision-making.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience, including a minimum of 3 years in IT project management or implementation.
  • Experience working with hotel operators, management companies, and major international hotel brands, particularly in the Hospitality/Multi-property environment, is required.
  • Proven experience in system implementation, integration, or rollout across multiple sites or properties.
  • Strong ability to coordinate with Business, IT, Vendors, and external partners, managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to monitor project progress, manage timelines, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, discuss requirements, and work with documentation and international partners.
  • Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
