Translate documents and communications between English and Vietnamese for the Director and departments.
Prepare documents, attend meetings with clients, and provide interpretation during meetings (if necessary).
Work with clients, monitor project progress, and manage receivables. Track the progress of goods to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Support the sales department with various tasks.
Report revenue on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Organize customer care activities and promotional events.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

English/Vietnamese Communication, Japanese proficiency, Channel Relationship Management, Sales Support, Communication Skills
