Proactively prospect, develop and qualify leads, converting opportunities into Membership and Villa sales.
Manage the sales journey from initial contact, presentation and site visit through negotiation, booking and closing.
Build and maintain relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, sales agents, banks, referral partners and other strategic sales channels to generate qualified opportunities.
Conduct client meetings, Sales Gallery visits, site visits and sales presentations, providing knowledgeable and personalised advice.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, product information and client-specific materials to support conversion.
Handle day-to-day sales paperwork, booking documentation and transaction requirements, coordinating with Sales Admin, Legal and Finance.
Work with banks and financial partners to support client financing requirements and facilitate transactions.
Manage and follow up with sales agents and external partners on leads, client introductions and sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, sales activities and forecasts.
Support client gifting, invitations and personalised relationship activities in line with brand standards.
Achieve agreed individual sales targets and conversion objectives, while maintaining the required level of service and brand representation
