- A. Landscape Design Direction & Management
- Participate in establishing landscape design directions; evaluate and recommend solutions aligned with the Company's product development strategy, quality standards, and investment objectives.
- Manage and oversee landscape design throughout all project stages, from Concept Design and Basic Design to Technical Design and Construction Documentation.
- Lead the review, evaluation, and critical assessment of design proposals prepared by external consultants, ensuring aesthetics, functionality, technical feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.
- Review and control landscape design solutions, including spatial organization, planting design, materials, outdoor amenities, water features, lighting, and associated technical systems.
- B. Consultant Management & Design Coordination
- Participate in developing Design Briefs, Scopes of Work (SoW), technical requirements, and lists of required design deliverables for consultants.
- Manage and coordinate landscape design consultants, ensuring design documentation quality, timely delivery, and compliance with the Developer's requirements.
- Collaborate with Urban Planning, Architecture, Interior Design, Structural, MEP, and Infrastructure teams to ensure design integration, consistency, and feasibility.
- Participate in evaluating and selecting local and international landscape design consultants; monitor and assess their performance and quality of work.
- C. Quality Control & Design Optimization
- Review and verify design documentation to ensure compliance with applicable design standards, technical regulations, statutory requirements, and the Company's design standards.
- Coordinate with Project Development, Project Management, Procurement, and Cost Management teams to optimize design solutions, control investment costs, and ensure implementation feasibility.
- Participate in reviewing technical submissions, material samples, and proposed design modifications during construction.
- Coordinate site inspections and resolve design-related technical issues to ensure construction works comply with approved design documentation.
- D. Technical Advisory & Design Quality Improvement
- Provide professional assessments, critical reviews, and technical recommendations on landscape design to support senior management in reviewing and approving design proposals.
- Participate in developing, updating, and improving the Company's landscape design standards, procedures, and design management guidelines.
- Research and stay updated on emerging design trends, materials, technologies, and sustainable landscape solutions to enhance design quality and overall product value.
