  • Research, plan, and develop integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaign and event organization
  • Present strategic communication ideas to clients and pursue partnership opportunities for the Company.
  • Develop project plans, coordinate and monitor project quality and performance, and ensure projects meet the Company's objectives, including timelines, quality, and financial targets.
  • Communicate and work directly with clients, negotiate and finalize contracts, track project progress, and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Take responsibility for project deliverable quality and deadlines.
  • Coordinate relevant departments and oversee project execution in accordance with the established plan.
  • Analyze project metrics and provide consultation and recommendations to optimize client outcomes.
  • Manage project documentation accurately and ensure all documents are regularly updated.
  • Ensure all project documents and data (files, folders, and hard-copy documents, if any) are systematically organized, carefully managed, and properly maintained.
  • Prepare project closing reports, finalize contracts, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain client relationships to secure contract renewals for future projects.
  • Handle external relations and client servicing, particularly for international clients.
  • Guide and train Project Assistants.
  • Take responsibility for achieving business targets and meeting the client acquisition targets committed to the Company
  • Research and plan event projects as assigned by the direct manager
  • Lead and/or coordinate other tasks as assigned by the Department Head

  • ,• Du lịch trong và ngoài nước hàng năm theo chế độ của CBNV Công ty
  • Tài trợ 01 cặp vé máy bay khứ hồi + 1000$ lộ phí + 5 ngày nghỉ phép hàng năm theo chế độ du lịch Quốc tế của Quản lý
  • ,• Chế độ phúc lợi cá nhân cấp quản lý và gia đình
  • Hỗ trợ chi phí mua điện thoại (20 triệu đồng/1 lần), xăng xe đi lại (2 triệu đồng/1 tháng)
