Research and propose new development models
Research markets, industry trends and competitors.
Analyze data and provide well-founded assessments supported by clear evidence.
Propose new business models, products and solutions for the Company.
Plan and implement approved ideas
Develop detailed action plans covering objectives, roadmap, resources, budget and KPIs.
Coordinate relevant departments to implement pilot projects.
Monitor and evaluate results, and propose adjustments and scale-up.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
