Tổng quan

  • We are looking for an HR Supervisor to oversee and execute recruitment, employer branding, onboarding and training coordination activities for ITL FM Northern Branch.
  • This position will work closely with Business Unit Heads, line managers and HR teams to deliver hiring plans, enhance the candidate and employee experience, and support HR initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Reporting to: HR Manager
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
  • Partner with Business Unit Heads and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment plans for replacement and new positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and pre-onboarding follow-up.
  • Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies and other sourcing channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, headhunters, collaborators, universities and other relevant networks.
  • Monitor recruitment progress and proactively address challenges to meet agreed hiring timelines and quality expectations.
  • Track recruitment indicators, including time to fill, shortlist quality, offer acceptance and recruitment outcomes.
  • Ensure recruitment requests, salary proposals and offers follow the approved process, company policies and confidentiality requirements.
  • Provide timely recruitment updates and reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Employer Branding & Employee Engagement
  • Develop and implement employer branding and talent attraction activities for the Northern Branch in alignment with the company’s direction.
  • Work with relevant teams to create recruitment content and promote ITL FM’s employer image across appropriate channels.
  • Coordinate internal engagement activities that contribute to a positive employee experience and workplace culture.
  • Support initiatives that communicate ITL’s culture and values to employees.
  • Onboarding, Probation & Learning Coordination
  • Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure new employees receive orientation and an induction plan on time.
  • Work with Hiring Managers and relevant departments to prepare the necessary arrangements for new hires.
  • Follow up on employee onboarding and probation progress; coordinate with line managers on probation evaluations.
  • Monitor early turnover and propose improvements to the onboarding and employee experience.
  • Coordinate and support training activities with the Group L&D team, department heads and external training providers where required.
  • HR Coordination & Process Improvement
  • Act as a point of contact for Hiring Managers on recruitment and assigned HR matters.
  • Coordinate with C&B, Administration, ICT, Finance & Accounting and other teams to support HR processes and resolve arising issues.
  • Maintain accurate HR and recruitment records and ensure sensitive information is handled confidentially.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, reporting and the overall HR service experience.
  • Coach or support HR staff, interns or management trainees when assigned.
  • Participate in HR projects and perform other related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
