Tổng quan
- A. Sea Export Operations & Booking Management
- Receive and process sea export booking requests in accordance with the booking matrix and customer requirements.
- Submit bookings to carriers and arrange the timely release of Shipping Orders (SOs) to shippers.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational requirements.
- Follow up with carriers, shippers, and customers regarding booking confirmations, shipping schedules, and any changes or disruptions.
- Proactively communicate shipment updates and operational issues to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Update operational systems accurately and follow customer SOPs, service requirements, and KPI standards.
- Implement and follow SOPs for new clients to ensure smooth operational onboarding and service consistency.
- B. Team Coordination & Support
- Coordinate and lead a small group handling dedicated customer accounts or assigned tasks, as required.
- Follow work assignments and ensure assigned responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide backup and operational support to colleagues when necessary to maintain service continuity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and improve coordination.
- C. Compliance & Service Quality
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable operational requirements.
- Maintain a customer-oriented mindset and deliver professional, responsive service.
- Demonstrate integrity, accountability, initiative, and adaptability in daily operations.
