Tổng quan

Preparing required documents and legal agreements for all Licensing, Corporate issues, and related company matters
Reviewing and preparing Contracts, templates, and other documents
Support for Sales/business operations (including tender)
Support for Compliance issues (company health check, procedures)
Support for Risk Management issues and Corporate Governance
Filing dossiers and reports with the competent authorities and assisting with other tasks as needed
Consolidating and systemising resources of Legal & GA team
Investigating facts and laws of cases and searching public records and other resources to prepare cases
Building new policies, technical tools, and forms
Providing Legal Advice for business partners.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Bachelor’s Degree in law (preferably HCMULaw)
3-4 years of experience; experience in Lab/Healthcare/Pharma is an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
