Keep the books in MISA under Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS): sales, purchases, cash, bank, fixed assets and inventory; issue and reconcile e-invoices.
Manage receivables and payables and actively follow up overdue customer payments.
Prepare monthly closings and management reports (revenue, margins, expenses, cash); monitor stock and cost of goods with purchasing and the warehouse.
Prepare quarterly VAT and PIT declarations and CIT filings; work with, tax authorities and auditors.
Receive and follow up customer purchase orders (P.O.); be the daily contact for orders, quotations, invoices, deliveries and payments.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery and export documents; handle supplier registrations for hotels and corporate clients.
Prepare monthly payroll; manage social and health insurance, employment contracts and staff records.
Maintain business licences, food safety and packaging compliance files, contracts and company records.
