  • We are hiring Demand Planning Specialist is responsible for developing and improving demand forecasts to support inventory planning and supply chain operations. The role involves collecting and analyzing data, managing forecasting inputs, preparing volume forecasts for DC inbound deliveries, top-selling and private-label products, and monitoring forecast accuracy.
  • Collect and consolidate complete and accurate data to support demand forecasting activities.
  • Review and update input parameters to support various forecasting requirements.
  • Develop volume forecasts for inbound deliveries to Distribution Centers (DCs).
  • Develop order volume forecasts for top-selling (Top Sale) products.
  • Develop order volume forecasts for private-label products.Measure and monitor forecast accuracy.
  • Analyze and identify the root causes of forecast inaccuracies.
  • Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and processes.
  • Participate in projects to develop and enhance demand forecasting systems.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in the same position or Data Analyst.
  • Experienced in FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Technology, or Supply Chain is preferred.
  • Experienced in inventory management and demand forecasting is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, and SQL is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis and statistical analysis skills.
  • Good understanding of demand planning and demand management.
  • Good understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
