Tổng quan

Marketing Planning:
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across project phases (launch, sustain, closing).
Collaborate with Sales and Research & Pricing teams to define:
o Target customer segments
o Positioning and key messages.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Campaign Execution & Management:
Lead execution of marketing campaigns, including:
o Digital marketing (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)
o PR, KOL/KOC engagement
o Sales events and activations.
Manage and coordinate external agencies (creative, media, digital).
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Lead Generation & Sales Support:
Accountable for:
Lead volume and quality.
Cost per lead (CPL) and cost per conversion.
Work closely with Sales team to:
Optimize the conversion funnel (lead → booking → closing).
Improve sales effectiveness through targeted campaigns.
Branding & Content Management:
Ensure consistency of project branding and communication.
Oversee development of:
o Key visuals
o Sales kits (brochures, leaflets, videos, presentations).
Maintain alignment with overall brand guidelines.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance (ROI, CPL, conversion rates).
Provide regular reports and actionable insights.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
