Tổng quan

  • Build and execute the IAP monetization roadmap.
  • Optimize paywalls, pricing, packages, promotions, upsell, and checkout flows.
  • Improve free-to-paid conversion, repeat purchases, and user LTV.
  • Segment users and develop personalized offers.
  • Plan and evaluate A/B tests for pricing, messaging, placement, and purchase journeys.
  • Manage the product backlog and coordinate with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing.
  • Monitor payment performance, refunds, and compliance with App Store and Google Play policies.
  • KPI: Optimize Spend Efficiency. Maintain CPI within target thresholds. Optimize Cost Per Trial and Cost Per Paid User. Achieve D7/D30 ROAS targets. Improve Trial-to-Paid Conversion Rate. Increase Subscription Renewal Rate.
  • Experience with mobile apps using IAP, subscription, or freemium models.
  • Proven experience optimizing paywalls, pricing, purchase flows, and conversion funnels.
  • Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, retention, and monetization metrics.
  • Familiarity with App Store Connect, Google Play Console, RevenueCat, Firebase, Amplitude, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of IAP, subscription, pricing, and monetization models.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, conversion, retention, and churn.
  • Ability to analyze funnels, cohorts, and user behavior.
  • Strong product planning, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • SQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Age 23–27; forward-looking/ambitious; proficient in using AI.
  • Tool stack:
  • Design & Collaboration: Figma, FigJam, Miro
  • Product Analytics: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase Analytics
  • Data & Reporting: SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI
  • IAP Management: RevenueCat, App Store Connect, Google Play Console
  • Attribution: AppsFlyer, Adjust
  • Communication: Slack, Microsoft Teams
  • Kinh nghiệm: 2 Năm
