- Develop and execute brand plans and campaigns for Bsquare Home in line with business priorities.
- Plan and produce content for social media, websites, presentations, company profiles and sales materials.
- Manage day-to-day website and social media updates, and coordinate agencies, freelancers and technical vendors when needed.
- Turn briefs into deliverables, timelines and creative direction; review outputs for accuracy, quality and brand consistency.
- Support events, exhibitions, launches and partner activities from preparation through post-event communication.
- Track channel and campaign performance, recommend improvements, and use AI responsibly with appropriate fact-checking and confidentiality
- Preferably 3+ years of relevant experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing or communications. Candidates with over 2 years may be considered if their portfolio demonstrates strong capability.
- A practical portfolio showing both brand thinking and hands-on execution across multiple formats.
- Strong Vietnamese writing, structured thinking, visual judgement and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently from brief to final output while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Working English for reading, writing and day-to-day communication. Strong English is an advantage.
- Experience managing websites and social media, with a basic understanding of digital performance metrics.
- Confident use of AI tools for marketing work, with sound judgement, fact-checking and confidentiality awareness.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred; demonstrated capability takes priority.
