- As part of a bigger marketing team, you'll own marketing for Blank Sky Lounge (70%) & Bar Rom (30%) at every stage: planning, execution, optimization, reporting.
- Strategic Planning: Use sales data, social media metrics, operational insights to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization. Develop data-informed yearly, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans.
- Campaign Management & Execution: Execute and monitor marketing campaigns, promotions, and projects by managing timelines, creative assets, budgets, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure effective execution.
- Brand Channel Management: Manage day-to-day brand channels by creating basic content (and sophisticated content with internal or external resources), briefing internal and external creators, managing community engagement, proposing ad strategy, and continuously optimizing content based on performance insights.
- Brand Reputation & Experience: Coordinate and delegate internal teams (operations, spatial, customer service) to deliver exceptional customer experience as it directly impacts brand perception and store revenue.
- Performance Reporting & Optimization: Own marketing performance across key business and channel metrics, including in-store sales, traffic, reach, engagement, and conversion. Deliver bi-weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to achieve predefined marketing objectives.
- 2+ years in marketing, with that time concentrated in F&B, nightlife, hospitality, or closely adjacent consumer brands.
- You've made an intentional career choice to work in F&B or hospitality marketing.
- You use AI tools fluently as part of your workflow to automate repetitive execution work.
- You think marketing is bigger than discounts and social media.
- Hands-on, high ownership and urgency: when something's stuck or off-track, you say so and bring a proposed fix, not just a status update.
- Clear, direct communicator. We'd rather hear 'this isn't working, here's why' early than find out at the bi-weekly report.
- Good creative instincts and comfortable with data: you care how it looks and how it performs.
- Fluent Vietnamese; working English. Preferably bilingual.
