Creating detailed architectural shop drawings and plans based on the drawings and specifications provided by architects or engineers.
Working closely with architects or engineers to understand the scope and requirements of a project.
Checking drafted documents for accuracy and completeness.
Revising drawings and plans according to feedback from architects, engineers, or clients.
Making necessary changes to designs and plans as per the instructions of architects or clients.
Preparing, reviewing and redrawing sketches from rough ideas or specifications.
Review and coordinate project documents to identify potential conflicts and recommend solutions
Utilize advanced drafting software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools, to produce high-quality deliverables
Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation in design practices

,• OT, 13th month salary in accordance with the law.
,• Lunch: provided by the company.
,• Salary: Attractive based on experience and negotiation (nearly 36.000.000vnd basic for social insurance and OT calculation). Income up to 45 million VND including 10 hours OT/week
Probation period: 100% salary
SHUI: full salary after probation.
