  • Business Intelligence & Analytics
  • Develop reports/dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators
  • and other business metrics.
  • Produce ad-hoc analyses and business insights to support commercial
  • operational, and financial initiatives.
  • Use business acumen and analytical thinking to identify, validate, and prioritize
  • users’ data and reporting needs.
  • Data Management & Data Pipeline
  • Collect, prepare, and transform data from multiple business sources and systems.
  • Design, maintain, and improve data pipelines and automated data workflows.
  • Verify and ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy prior to data loading and
  • reporting.
  • Proactively improve current data architecture, reporting processes, and automation
  • capabilities to increase efficiency and reliability.
  • Data Governance & Centralization
  • Support initiatives to standardize and centralize master data management across
  • functions.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to collect, standardize, validate, and maintain
  • high-quality data.
  • Contribute to establishing and maintaining a reliable single source of truth for
  • enterprise reporting and analytics.
  • Promote best practices in data governance, documentation, and reporting
  • consistency.
  • User Support & Stakeholder Management
  • Troubleshoot issues related to dashboards, reports, and data discrepancies.
  • Provide user training and ongoing support for Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams to ensure reporting solutions remain
  • relevant, scalable, and user-friendly.
  • Data Domains
  • The role will support analytics and reporting across multiple business domains, including:
  • Market data
  • Store operations data
  • Financial data
  • Sales and inventory data
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • Fluent in DAX, Python, SQL, Excel.
  • Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Management
  • roles, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI including dashboard development, data
  • modeling, and report optimization.
