Lead, manage, and develop the Admin, Technical, Security, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all facilities.
Ensure all processes and procedures are implemented and followed in compliance with ISO standards, Health & Safety regulations, and internal policies.
Coordinate and support all audits, including ISO audits and client audits, ensuring full readiness and timely closure of corrective actions.
Prepare and deliver accurate, professional reports on facility operations, incidents, KPIs, and service performance.
Manage facility dashboards, monitor key metrics, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; demonstrate creative, flexible problem-solving and strong teamwork skills.
Handle high-pressure tasks, manage multiple priorities, and be willing to work overtime when required to support operational needs.
