Manage and arrange Quality team.
Compose procedure, process and working instructioin for QC Staffs
Monitor and evaluate new products
Learn about quality Standards related to new products
Statistic and measurment of new product quality, report the results to related Departments
Monitor and improve NCR, CAR
Support tools, equipments for QC Staffs
Statistic, monitoring and measurment of product quality.
Identify the standards and methods needed to ensure quality
Measure and analyse the performance of QC Department
Manage personel of QC Department, assign and ensure QC Staffs are trained
Make improvements to improve efficiency of work.
Plan and implement objectives, report on implementation results.
Create the Quality Meeting, find Root cause and solutions for decreasing defects.
Support resolve quality problem and fix quality problem.
Check 5S at QC Department.
Create report and send directly QA manger and General Director.
Report directly to QA/QC Manager and General Director as reequirements.
