Propose production line layouts and workforce allocation plans for new products based on information provided by the Research, Development & Engineering (RDE) Department.
Evaluate and recommend suitable tools, equipment, or machinery to meet the requirements of new production plans.
Collect comprehensive and detailed information on production processes from relevant departments, including operation times, material consumption, and other related data.
Analyze mass production data, including materials, processes, and other relevant factors, to simplify and optimize production processes.
Identify and analyze waste in production processes to improve overall operational efficiency.
Organize and conduct trials, including evaluations of materials, product designs, production processes, and machinery/equipment.
Propose improvement solutions using appropriate methods, such as upgrading tools or replacing machinery, to minimize waste.
Monitor and evaluate the actual effectiveness of improvement actions after implementation.
Analyze the feasibility of machinery and equipment investments and assess the potential return on investment (ROI).
Train and guide production employees to identify different types of waste and understand methods to prevent and eliminate them.
