Tổng quan

  • Ensure finishing equipment are maintained to standards.
  • Adhere to machine standards to ensure consistent delivery maintenance services.
  • Work effectively; safety with contractors and assist staff.
  • Administrative duties, working with tools to complete work orders as necessary.
  • Perform routine labour tasks.
  • Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed including nights weekends and holidays.
  • Coordinate and Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize business interruption and ensure that equipment meet or exceed their rated life.
  • Record and maintain data to develop maintenance history, plans for whole finishing.
  • Repairing the priority Items as production required from other department.
  • Coaching for maintenance people in the areas do repairing maintenance and solving problems 24 hours.
  • Responsible for maintenance quality of the machines.
  • Mobilize and monitor all maintenance people in finishing to full fill maintenance schedule set up by maintenance team in terms of priority Items.
  • Coordinate with production team in shift to repair finishing machinery broken.
  • Arrange training programs for newly recruited workers for both in finishing production and maintenance.
  • Report periodically on maintenance operations and achievement.
  • Participate in recruitment and training process for finishing, footwear and maintenance staff.
  • Participate in the development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures; make
  • recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures
  • Participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitor work activities to
  • ensure compliance with established policies and procedure
  • Maintain good communication with other Section in production factory to achieve collective results.
  • Ensure that the agreed plan of finishing production, service, quality and cost targets are achieved through effective use of people, machinery and materials.
  • Monitoring spare parts consumption and stock level to meet require of maintenance activities.
  • Ensure machine stopped time is within agreed targets.
  • Ensure all machines operate with the safe situation.
  • Other as requested by Direct Manager.
