Tổng quan

  • Supplier Sourcing & Development: Search, identify, evaluate and develop local suppliers, especially for sheet metal fabrication, electrical/electronic components and parts related to AHU/HPAC manufacturing.
  • RFQ & Cost Analysis: Prepare RFQs based on BOM and technical requirements; collect and analyze quotations, compare costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead time and other commercial terms with suppliers.
  • Technical Coordination: Work closely with the Technical Department to understand specifications, BOMs and component requirements and identify suitable suppliers.
  • Cost & Supplier Management: Monitor market prices, implement cost reduction activities, and follow up supplier performance in terms of cost, quality and delivery.
  • Sourcing & Production Support: Coordinate the transition of sourced components from sample/prototype to mass production and ensure timely material availability.
  • Import & Purchasing: Prepare purchase orders/contracts, coordinate import shipments and customs clearance, and follow up delivery and payment with suppliers and logistics agents.
  • Reporting & Risk Management: Monitor sourcing progress, supplier risks, delivery status and localization activities; report key issues and updates to the Manager.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
  • College or Bachelor’s degree in engineerining, business, supply chain management or related field. An engineering background is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in sourcing, preferrably in sheet metal fabrication, electrical components or engineering products related to the HVAC Industry.
  • Basic knowledge of Incoterms and import/export customs procedures is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, written, verbal communication skills to effectively work with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple sourcing activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, work collaboratively in a team, and build good relationships with suppliers.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Offices, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience in preparing and tracking project timelines is preferred.
