Lead the sales team to drive Sales Target, business strategy and execution plan.
Develop and execute Media plans/new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with media client while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
Conduct market dynamics (Market, category, trends, competitive position, regulatory landscape, technology, local differences etc.) to identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Establish & monitor team member’s performance & development goals, assign accountability, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals.
Works closely with internal departments to identify business opportunities and align execution plans.
