- Source, connect with, and develop a network of Affiliate Partners, KOCs
- KOLs, TikTok Creators, and Livestream Creators.
- Negotiate, book, and manage creator partnerships throughout campaign execution.
- Manage campaign timelines, product seeding, and content delivery schedules.
- Monitor creator performance, including GMV, ROI, and conversion rates, and
- propose optimization strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOCs, KOLs, MCNs, and affiliate partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Yêu cầu
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience in TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, or E-commerce.
- Experience in the fashion industry (especially activewear/sportswear) is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of TikTok, Livestream Commerce, Affiliate Marketing, Affiliate Conversion, and Social Commerce.
- Familiar with social media platforms and able to quickly identify and adapt to
- emerging trends, especially on TikTok.
