- Business Development & Revenue Ownership: Prospect and acquire brand clients and agencies; build a robust deal pipeline; secure project and retainer contracts; achieve revenue and cash collection KPIs.
- Solution Consulting & Pitching: Analyze client marketing goals; lead internal teams to construct tailored proposals; present pitches, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Integrated Solution Sales: Consult on diverse solutions including Influencer Marketing (KOL/KOC), Content & Creative, Paid Digital, Community Management, and Private Traffic; bundle Chicilon's offline Elevator, NFC, and Retail Media assets to maximize deal value.
- Key Account Management: Build high-level relationships with client decision-makers (CMOs, Brand Managers, Agency Leads); drive retention, cross-selling, and upselling to secure multi-year partnerships.
- Project Governance & Cross-functional Alignment: Serve as the primary client lead; direct execution teams on scope, budget, timeline, and delivery quality; manage crises and guarantee client satisfaction.
- Commercial Performance Management: Monitor contract compliance, top-line revenue, gross margin efficiency, and accounts receivable; maintain accurate CRM pipeline forecasts.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage Account/Sales personnel; upskill the team in consultative selling, account management, and proposal development.
