Tổng quan

  • Team Leadership & Operational Governance: Build, train, and manage the KOL/KOC operational team; establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
  • KOL/KOC & Influencer Network Management: Expand and oversee the Creator ecosystem; lead sourcing, qualification, negotiation, contracting, and relationship management.
  • MCN & Production Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic ties with MCNs, talent agencies, and production houses; negotiate favorable pricing, SLA terms, and campaign resource allocation.
  • Digital Platform Liaison: Serve as primary liaison with social, advertising, and content platforms; stay current on platform policy updates, troubleshoot technical/account issues, and leverage platform support resources.
  • Database Architecture & Management: Build, update, and govern a transparent, accurate database of creators and vendors ready for fast deployment.
  • Pre-sales Solution Support: Recommend tailored creator mixes matching brand objectives; supply accurate rate cards, cost structures, and feasibility data for pre-sales proposals.
  • Execution & Commitment Assurance: Monitor creator fulfillment against contractual obligations; control timelines, content output quality, and resolve operational bottlenecks swiftly.
  • Procurement & Financial Settlement: Oversee media buying costs, resource expenditure, and vendor payment flows; collaborate with Finance to safeguard project gross margins.
  • Quality Control & Resource Optimization: Regularly evaluate partner performance, data authenticity, and delivery reliability; implement creator rating, filtering, and backup resource systems.
