Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow, warehouse management, transportation, and inventory control, supporting production continuity while achieving cost, quality, safety, and delivery targets.
Logistics Operations: Manage inbound/outbound logistics, material flow, warehouse operations, and finished vehicle distribution.
Warehouse & Inventory: Ensure inventory accuracy, optimize storage capacity, and control material handling activities.
Transportation & 3PL: Manage transportation providers, negotiate service contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
Production Support: Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Quality teams to ensure timely material availability.
Cost Optimization: Control logistics budgets and implement cost-saving and productivity improvement initiatives.
Systems & Process Improvement: Optimize ERP/WMS processes and apply Lean, Kaizen, and 5S practices.
Team Management: Lead, develop, and evaluate logistics personnel to achieve operational targets.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
