Tổng quan

Purpose: Support to oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
Work closely with IT department (local and HQ) to test and adapt the product system for any new updates, configure product parameters in the system for new products/changes/processes.
Conduct market research to analyze competitor information and determine market requirements for existing and future products.
Co-operate with Legal/Compliance departments to clarify issues for related products/promotion campaigns.
Update and manage product policy documents and other SOPs based on instruction from management.
Design marketing communication, product training/introduction materials.
Monitor, review, and report on all product marketing activities/test campaigns and results.
Monitor, fulfill, and update regular reports to partners including but not limited to daily performance reports, monthly reconciliation.
Implement other daily product-related activities as assigned from management.
