Tổng quan

  • Instruct team members to follow SOP and regulations to control the operation process and maintain the accuracy and quality of transactions and reduce operation risks.
  • Assist the Operations Section Head in supervising the implementation of the internal control of the branch's operations in order to comply with the regulations of Taiwan and Vietnam competent authority.
  • Review team members’ work performance to ensure well quality and accuracy of transactions.
  • Implement the management and training for team members to increase work efficiency and professional ability in accordance with internal and external regulations.
  • Response for client’s or BU’s enquiry of operation process appropriately.
  • Verify payment instructions, supporting documents, and underlying contracts for international transfers to ensure legitimacy.
  • Conduct Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) screening for all transaction initiators and beneficiaries.
  • Deep knowledge of foreign exchange control regulations and AML/CFT standards.
  • Verify daily reports and monthly operations reports as required by Team Head/OP Head.
  • To participate projects as required from time to time
  • Knowledge of account opening procedures, FX, and time deposit for corporate clients will be preferred.

  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) to support clients and resolve complex operational issues
