Tổng quan
- Coordinates the Excellence at Procurement program under the direction of the Line Manager, and provides guidance and instruction to Officer-level staff (including the Procurement Officer – Master Data, Sourcing & Reporting) on procurement standards and best practice
- Manages end-to-end tactical sourcing for MRO/ Spareparts, from request through to goods delivery and handle non-3-way matching resolution
- Issues PO of inventory items, verifying that supporting documentation and required approvals are complete before release, and archiving supporting documents
- Monitors and manages open purchase orders for inventory items through to closure, following up on outstanding deliveries or invoicing
- Conducts procurement training sessions for internal stakeholders, reinforcing general procurement process knowledge, system procedures and Excellence standards.
- Supports SRM users and handles SRM tickets for system improvements, escalating recurring issues to drive system enhancement
- Initiates and coordinates to improve Procurement process and system
