Lead debt financing and capital-raising activities for assigned real estate projects, from structuring through financial close.
Build and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure competitive project and homebuyer financing solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate the review, execution, drawdown and release of financing and security documents.
Advise management on financing structures, fund flows, legal documentation and treasury considerations for acquisitions and new investments.
Monitor loan covenants, conditions and portfolio obligations to ensure timely compliance.
Manage liquidity, cash-flow forecasting, funding requirements, bank guarantees and short-term investments to support operations and project plans.
Monitor macroeconomic, interest-rate and foreign-exchange developments; prepare concise monthly market updates and recommendations for management.
Evaluate and execute appropriate hedging solutions to manage interest-rate and foreign-exchange exposure.
Present treasury matters clearly in English to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Coach and develop at least one Assistant Manager while fostering effective collaboration across the treasury team.
