Lead full-cycle management of the Manufacturing Engineering team; establish and continuously improve manufacturing process systems, streamline workflows and define departmental KPIs.
Drive systematic improvements in production processes and technologies to increase yield and enhance product quality.
Lead end-to-end layout planning, design, build, commissioning, ramp-up and capacity scaling of new production lines.
Manage the full new-product life cycle from initial ramp to mass production – covering process, technology, equipment, tooling and test solutions – including design reviews, risk assessments and on-site customer technical troubleshooting.
Guide the team in cost accounting, cost-reduction initiatives and validation of savings.
Champion and execute factory automation, smart-manufacturing and Lean improvement projects.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
