Production Planning
Formulate the annual work objectives and work plan of the Production department.
Implement, track and coordinate production and material plans.
Production Control
Direct and control the entire production process to ensure continuity and balance of production operations.
Identify production issues promptly and take action to ensure smooth production.
Inventory & Lean
Apply pull production principles to improve inventory turnover.
Organize production operations according to product process routes and their characteristics.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with relevant departments in line with established work procedures.
Raise and help resolve inter-departmental issues in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
